Shipping

An estimated ship date will be given once order is made. Orders take 1-3 weeks to fulfill but can be faster depending on availability.

All wholesale orders are shipped via USPS Priority. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost. We accept all major credit cards. Invoices will be sent via PayPal. Nappy Rūtz™ does not store your payment info, aside from pertinent contact info

We take ALL necessary precautions to keep your billing information private. It will not be left unattended, shared, compromised or accessible to anyone.

If any items arrive damaged, a request for an exchange can be made. Similarly, if there are any discrepancies between the original PO and the items shipped, please contact us within ASAP (within 5 days) to request a RA (return authorization) and/or so we can correct any error on our part.
